To sell and swap on Swap.com, you have to order a prepaid FedEx shipping label via our site and send in your baby, kids, youth, maternity, men and women's wear items to our fulfillment center.

When we have received your items and start to process them (photo taking and categorization) you will receive the first automated email from us. Included are explanations about the next steps. You will get the next email when your items are added to your account and they are ready to be priced.Please note, that all of your items may not be added to your account on the same day and the missing items are added on the next business day.
On your "My items" page (My account>Set prices, http://www.swap.com/me/items/) you will see the added (and in some cases, not accepted) items. Please use the filters on the left side to see all your items. On this page you can also set the prices of your items.
Swap.com charges an Inbound Service and a commission fee for items that are sold. Details about the selling fee can be found is here.
