Order Tracking

Swap.com sends your items via FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Ground. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox for this email.

 You can also track your item(s) on your order history page. Once your are logged in to your Swap.com account, go to My Account --->Order History.

 If you have not received an item within 14 business days, please contact us.
