Tracking information for your order will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox for this email. Swap.com sends your items via FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Ground.
You can also track your item(s) on your order history page. Once your are logged in to your Swap.com account, please go to My Account --->Order History.
If you have not received an item you have ordered within 6 business days, it may be due to several different reasons:
- You did not actually order the item(s) to be shipped to you, but selected "keep in storage": See here for more details.
- The order has been delayed, please contact us.
- The order was shipped, but lost in transit, please contact us.
- You order was cancelled due to a recent quality inspection, please contact us.
