We offer 100% returns for purchases and swaps


1. Returns for non-conforming or missing items ensures item quality and provides accurate item descriptions, but alas, we are human and mistakes will happen. But we've got you covered! Please complete our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form here if the item you received is:

  • a wrong item
  • damaged during shipping
  • differs considerably from the description on
  • or if the item you ordered is missing from shipment or the entire shipment is missing.

All returns must be requested within 30 days. Please complete our RMA form here. We will refund 100% of the item purchase price and cover the return shipment for these items. You simply need to drop off the package at the nearest FedEx store.

2. Returns due to other reasons

Sometimes the item is as described, but it does not fit, you do not like it, or you just want to return it without a specific reason. Please request your RMA here. We will refund the purchase price of the item in the form of a store credit - we will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx label. You simply need to drop off the package at the nearest FedEx store.

The following restrictions apply for the items that are as described, but you want to return:

  • Return MUST be requested within 30 days.


3. Returning item(s) to

Once you have selected the item(s) and completed your request, please check your email. will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label with your RMA# printed on the label.

Please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox if your label is not in your primary mailbox.

Please bring your return to the nearest FedEx store or center and it will automatically be shipped to our fulfillment center at no cost to you. Once your item is received, it will be refunded within (5) five - ten business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds for buyers: We will refund the amount that you paid for the item to the card or account used at checkout or in the form of store credit.

Purchases made with a store credit will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Refunds for swappers: will provide you with a compensation for the total value of the item you swapped in the form of store credit, regardless of the reason for return.

For sellers: No need to worry. assumes responsibility for the returned item(s) and your sales proceeds are not affected.

5. Restrictions

  • Returns MUST be requested within 30 days. Any return requested after the 30 day limit may not be honored. In cases, in which the item arrived damaged/broken, please complete our assisted return form here.
  • A Facebook account or Linked Login Account is needed to use store credit.
  • There is no limit to the amount of returns that customers can request. However, customers are limited to no more than three (3) separate RMA's per order ID.
  • Once returns are processed, the refund method cannot be changed.
