You may have noticed that your inbound shipping label has changed.
As a company, we have moved from UPS for inbound shipments to FedEx.
So what does this mean for you as our customer?
Our inbound service fee remains the same ($11.90 for a label, $14.90 for a label plus shipping materials).
Just like with our UPS labels, you can drop off your inbound box at a FedEx location and they will send it to us.
What about my UPS inbound shipping label?
If you've requested a shipping label to send your items to us and it is with UPS, please use it. All UPS shipping labels are still accepted to our fulfillment center. Moving forward though, all inbound shipping labels that are requested (either through email or to be sent to you) will be for FedEx only.
