Sending in a box is as easy as 1-2-3...
- Print a prepaid shipping label or have us send you one and send your package to Swap.com.
- You will be notified of which items were accepted and if any were not accepted. Any accepted items will be photographed, priced* and listed on the site.
- You’ll receive an email from us as soon as an item sells. Please know inbound service fees will be deducted from your sales first. Once the negative balance is paid off, you will start earning profit.
*all items listed on Swap.com will be priced by us.
Shipping to Swap.com
Use your own box to ship items to Swap.com. The largest box accepted at Swap.com is 20L"x20W"x17H" and should weigh less than 50 lbs. Boxes that are larger than this will not be accepted, and may suspend a seller's ability to continue sending in further shipments.
Examples of acceptable boxes are:
- 20L" x 20W" x 12H"
- 20L" x 16W" x 10H"
- 17L" x 17W" x 17H"
Most boxes larger than the recommended range tend to fall apart and/or are easily damaged during transit. Swap.com will not be responsible for any item(s) that are damaged during transit due to poor packing or using an over-sized box. For detailed instructions how to pack your box see here. Over-sized shipments will NOT be accepted, and may suspend a seller's ability to continue sending in further shipments.
Transit times vary across the country. It typically takes 2-10 days for your package to arrive at our facility.
Should your box be lost during transit, FedEx covers the loss or damage at no extra cost and for up to $100.00 on shipments with no declared value. More information here
Can I order shipping materials from Swap.com?
At this time, we're pausing our material orders program to reassess if it is still a good fit. Unfortunately this means we will not be shipping boxes or bags in the near future.
