Inbound Labels Ordered on/after November 29, 2018:
Sellers will have the option to select from one of two options prior to ordering your inbound label:
- I want Swap.com to recycle the rejected items
- If this is option is selected, your items will be discarded immediately when rejected.
- Send the rejected items back to me ($12.99)
- If this option is selected, the $12.99 will be deducted from the proceeds (like other fees). The fee will be applied to your account as soon as an item is not accepted from your inbound shipment, and the items will be shipped home to you.
Inbound Labels Ordered prior to November 29, 2018:
You will be notified if any of your items are not accepted. At that time, you have 14 days to choose if you want to have the items shipped back to you for a fee, or you may have us donate the items. Check out SureSell & Donate for more information on donating. If you do nothing after 14 days of being notified, Swap.com will automatically donate your items.
Additional Surcharges for all Inbound Labels Printed (No matter the date):
Swap.com charges a fee if 40% or more of your box is rejected. More details on fees can be found here. Unfortunately, the bulk of our current processing time is spent sorting through rejected items and oversized boxes. As a result of this new fee structure, we’re confident production and processing times will become more streamlined, helping you earn money faster.
