For the safety of our team, any inbound shipment containing hazardous waste, materials, and/or substances will not be accepted and be quarantined. Someone from our Customer Support Team will contact you to inform of the status of your inbound shipment.
We will quarantine your box for 48 hours, after that time, we will dispose of all the contents. We take the safety and health of our staff quite seriously and hope you will do the same. Please be sure to review our acceptance criteria and inspect all items prior to sending.
