How to Apply Store Credit

To apply a store credit code, you must be logged into your account. 

Note: Store credit refunds for guest orders will be sent via email as a store credit code. Otherwise, the refund will be automatically applied to your account.

To enter this code, please make sure you are logged into your account

  1. Click on "My Account"
  2. Click on "My Profile"
  3. Click on "Add" under the Store Credit section​

To check your store credit balance, you can find it listed under "My Account" > "My Profile".

To enter this code, please make sure you are logged into your account 

  1. Tap on the menu in the upper left corner
  2. Tap on 'My store credit'
  3. Tap on 'Add store credit'
  4. Enter your code and tap the enter key on your keyboard (key may vary by device)

 

 

To use store credit

You simply need to be logged into your account when you complete your order. When you start your checkout process, you will see ​the credit applied to your total, as shown in the image below.
