Typically an order can’t be cancelled once it has been submitted. We can attempt to cancel it within an hour of the order being submitted, while it is still processing in the system.

Keep in mind that inquiries are answered within 24-48 hours. It’s likely that we won’t be able to cancel your order, but we will do our best to assist you.
